Asian Pineapple Slaw

Ingredients
  • 3 cups shredded red cabbage, packed
  • 1 carrot, peeled and grated
  • 1 cup diced fresh pineapple
  • 2 scallions, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 ½ tablespoons reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons agave syrup
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • Zest from ½ lime
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Add all the ingredients to a medium mixing bowl. Stir well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
